Job Description:

As a Site Manager, you will be a key player in our construction team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the construction site and managing daily operations

- Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors

- Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations

- Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met

- Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining safety standards

- Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders

- Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation and reports

Person Specification:

- Previous experience in construction site management is preferred

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- English language at a level to communicate in a working environment

Requirements:

-5+ Years of work experience needed

-Must be an international applicant

- Valid passport

- Willingness to relocate

- Basic knowledge of English
